I have 6 sisters and 5 super close friends that I would all like in my bridal party. Is that too many?? How do i narrow it down? I feel bad eliminating some of my friends because they have made me a bridesmaid at their wedding... plus my soon to be hubby does not have 11 guys he would like to be a part of the wedding. Please help :)

Thanks, Heather (Cait's friend)

Is it appropriate for bridemaids to wear black for a late Summer/Fall wedding or is it too dark of a color? I love black though because black is so slimming on every body type.

One of my only responsibilities as the groom is to pick my future wife and my first song. What are some classic first songs? Not too corny.

Hi wedding master!

I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA but I have lived in Bethesda, MD for the past 5 years (where I met my future husband Larry). Our families are very different as well as our friends. What is the best way to bridge the gap between the two so that everyone is involved and having a great time? I guess I am just a worried bride and want to make sure everyone has fun. My family is from a small town whereas our joint friends from MD are big party goers. Any suggestions?

This is from my cousin Laura :)

My wedding is in less than 2 weeks and I have this awful feeling not everything is taken care of. I am big on lists. Should I form a list of things to do like 1 week an advance, 1 day in advance and day of... and what are the most important things that should be on these lists? I am very big on orginizationa nd I feel as though this wedding has taken on a life of itself.

Help!

How do you feel about bridesmaids wearing different hair do's? Some of my bridesmaids have shorter hair so they have different ideas than my girls with long hair. It has become a royal pain trying to please them all.

What should I do? Give them some guidelines?

Ever since the youtube video came out of the wedding party dancing down the isle (like on The Office), I have always wanted to do this for my wedding however my family is very traditional and I don't know if it is appropriate. Have you seen couples incorporate dancing into their ceremony or reception without it being corny?
